Planning your escape to Pepperwood Pods? We’ve answered some of our most commonly asked questions to help you prepare for a relaxing and stress-free stay. From check-in times and hot tub information to dog-friendly stays, booking extras and site facilities, you’ll find everything you need right here.

Friday stays require a minimum of 2 nights, but 1-night stays are available from Sunday to Thursday until September 2026. For holidays after 1st September 2026, a minimum of 2 nights is required.
We have six Pods and we have made the decision not to add any more. We love our site and want to keep it selective by not overcrowding it.
We are a couples’ retreat, with our pods thoughtfully designed to accommodate two adult guests. However, we also offer a double sofa bed for families with small children in Hedgehog's Nest and Hare's Nest.
Please note we do not allow Hen/Stag Parties.
Yes, we are pet friendly and you are welcome to bring your dogs. There will be a £20 cleaning fee per stay. Guests are asked not to let their dogs on the bed or sofa.

Yes, our Super-Fast Starlink WiFi is free to use.
Yes, all bedding and towels are provided as well as two bathrobes and slippers.
You’re welcome to arrive anytime after 4 pm on your check-in day. We offer self-check-in using a key safe, and we’ll send you all the necessary details before your arrival. For departure, we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 am. For £20 per option, you can choose an early check-in and/or late check-out.
There is a parking space next to your pod for your convenience.
Yes, you have your own private Hot tub, which is filled with fresh, hot water prior to your arrival, so you can jump straight in.
Yes, we will provide you with a firelighting kit, and logs.
Yes the decking area is secure so you can relax in the hot tub in the knowledge that your dog is safe.
